This page should be treated as a customer visibility tool. The actual obligation is controlled by the written agreement, covered systems, applicable standards, AHJ requirements, and accepted service scope.

Customer responsibilities

Calendar visibility does not remove the customer’s responsibility to maintain access, respond to deficiencies, notify EXO of property changes, and address AHJ or insurance deadlines.

  • Keep site contacts and access notes current.
  • Provide AHJ notices, failed inspection letters, and prior reports.
  • Approve corrective work before deadlines become urgent.
