Before approving

- ✓Review the included scope and excluded items.
- ✓Confirm who has authority to approve the work.
- ✓Verify any access, tenant, shutdown, or monitoring coordination requirements.
- ✓Request revisions before approval if scope or pricing is unclear.
Proposal boundaries
Proposal approval authorizes the written scope only. Additional deficiencies, concealed conditions, after-hours work, AHJ witness time, lift rental, inaccessible areas, or expanded work may require separate approval.
